Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully before making an appointment at DermalEssence Aesthetics Clinic.
Booking Fee
DermalEssence take a 20% booking fee for all bookings. This can be paid either directly in the clinic, over the phone by card payment, or via our online booking system. Bookings cannot be finalised without this payment.
Refund Policy
All booking fees are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment time, less card processing fees of 1.4% + £0.25p.
Cancellation Policy
DermalEssence operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If appointments are cancelled within this period, 50% of the cost of the treatment will be recovered to cover the loss of appointment opportunity for other clients and a vacant slot. Clients who do not attend their appointment (no-show) will be charged a 100% fee.
Blue Light & Defence Discount
All card holders of either the Blue Light Card or the Defence Discount Service Card will receive a 10% discount off their treatments, upon showing a valid card. The discount does not apply to already discounted services, special offers, or wrinkle relaxing injections.
