What is the minimum term?
The DermaFacialist Membership is a 12-month commitment, with monthly payments of £114 taken by standing order. At the end of your 12 months, you are welcome to renew for a further term.
What happens if I miss a month?
Your included monthly treatment does not roll over, so we encourage you to book early each month to make the most of your membership. If you are unwell or have an emergency, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I choose which facial treatment I receive each month?
Yes — your monthly treatment is tailored to your skin's needs at the time of your appointment. Elizabeth will advise on the most suitable treatment for you during each visit, ensuring your skin always receives exactly what it needs.
Can I use my membership discount on gift vouchers?
Member benefits apply to treatments booked for yourself as part of your membership. Gift vouchers are sold at face value and are not subject to membership pricing.
Can a partner or family member join on a separate membership?
Each membership is for one individual client. However, we are happy to set up separate memberships for partners or family members — please ask us about any referral benefits when you join.
The DermaFacialist Membership is subject to a brief consultation with Elizabeth to ensure the included treatments are suitable for your skin. Membership pricing is reviewed annually. Your monthly rate of £114 is guaranteed for the full 12-month term from your join date.
